Fatigue Care Resources

We recently discovered that Fatigue is a result of cellular hypoxia.  The effect occurs when the oxygen supply to cells is compromised, by factors which are not managed in traditional health care.  These include:

• Plasma Solutes - which reduce oxygen plasma solubility;
• Capillary Chokes - which restrict blood flow;
• Cellular Hypoxia - which combines multiple medically unrecognized effects which limit cellular energy production.

To help our audience find solutions to health issues, we have published additional resources that provided detailed descriptions of these effects.

Altitude Contrast Training is based on both Oxygen Multistep Therapy, EWOT, and Hypoxic Training.  It combines both low altitude and high altitude exposure to adapt the aerobic/anaerobic transition efficiency.
